On September 12th, Conservative and Independence Party voters in the Town of Manlius went to the polls to nominate their candidate for Manlius Town Justice. Incumbent Judge Bob O’Leary easily defeated his opponent, Tim McMahon, in each Primary election. The vote total in the Conservative Primary was 106-19 in favor of O’Leary. He won the Independence Party Primary by a margin of 158-48.
Voters of all parties will vote on November 7th to elect a Manlius Town Justice to a four year term. Judge O’Leary will appear on the ballot on the Republican, Conservative, Independence, Reform and Taxpayers First Party lines while McMahon will appear on the Democrat line. Judge O’Leary was also endorsed by the Onondaga County Veterans Party.
