Republican Party selects Antonacci to succeed DeFrancisco
At a meeting of Onondaga County Republican Committee members representing the 50th District of the New York State Senate on Thursday, County Comptroller Bob Antonacci was selected as the Republican candidate to succeed long time Senator John DeFrancisco, who will be retiring at the end of the year. Antonacci had been previously chosen as the candidate of the Independence Party and was designated by the Onondaga County Conservative Party as well.
